Our mission is to grow the outdoors in a responsible way, trying to make its values reach all parts of the world. From Outdoor Lovers we work so that your orders are available in a period between 48 hours (Spain) and 72 hours. We are a small team and this may cause some delays in the shipment and management of your orders.
Orders are prepared on Monday and Thursday before 3:00 p.m. Orders placed beyond these hours, as well as Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, are shipped on the days we prepare the orders.
The delivery time will be calculated from when the order leaves our warehouse until it reaches the shipping address. You will know that your order is on its way when you receive the email confirming the change of status of your order.
We make effort to deliver the order in the established times. However, moments of the year when promotions are activated or at moments like Christmas or Easter, the delivery time may increase.
How does shipping work?
A first delivery will be made to the indicated shipping address. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will call you at the number you indicated in your outdoorlovers user to set another delivery time. Non-working days in our warehouse in 2020 and 2021. In the following days no orders are prepared. Thus, orders are delayed to the next day that our logistics center works:
January: 1 & 6
April: 2 & 5
December: 6, 7, 8, 24, 25, 26 and 31
